MADE IN ARKANSAS AND FSLR TO SCREEN LITTLE ROCK PREMIERE OF CAPTAIN
On Wednesday, August 26 at 6:30 pm at The Studio Theatre, Made in Arkansas/Film Society of Little Rock will screen CAPTAIN, a feature length film shot mostly in South Arkansas with 150 Arkansas actors.
The film, directed by Rob Reep, tells “the story of a prominent Tennessee pioneer family’s journey through the War of 1812 and on to westward expansion.”
It is produced by Fossil HD, which was which was launched in May of 2010 to bring intriguing and adventurous academic news and features to the world at absolutely no cost. Comprised of a group of history enthusiasts, Fossil HD’s mission is to expand human knowledge through study and exploration. Fresh Flix is part of the Film Society of Little Rock (FSLR) Monthly Short Film Series, a film series dedicated to the love of short films!
The first annual Fresh Flix screenings will take place September 16th, 2015 at The Studio Theatre in Little Rock, Arkansas. It features 17 short films made by local, national, and international students!
